We all know the early months of January and February are long and generally very grey indeed. We need something to inject a little mood lifting colour into our lives and that is where vibrant and punchy Dutch brand Socks by Flamingo come in. Founded in 2016 by two friends and inspired by sunshine, beaches and the self aware flamingo, these are fresh to the accessories scene with their eye catching, bold coloured, straight to the point patterns.
When I first tried them on I loved how soft they felt and more importantly, how punchy and vibrant the colours were elevating my whole outfit to another level. Socks by Flamingo come in sets of 5 in which at a cost of £17.95, in my opinion, is also fantastic value for money and an extremely competitive price point against its market competition. I choose to wear the polka-dots with some dress trousers and a blazer and the slightly louder pink and blue tone with my daily work attire in which I have had people constantly asking me where my socks are from! In my opinion there is plenty of colour variety in the pack to go with any outfit, smart or casual so there is something in there for everyones taste.
As the brand continues to grow over in Holland, their aim is simple. To provide a high quality, colourful sock which appeals to young adults who really care about what they wear whilst looking good at the same time.
